Opening Poem January Osesshin Hokuozan
Who will be the one of greatest essence?
When in oneness with heaven and earth, eternity is seen clearly in each mind moment
Sitting shoulder by shoulder digging in deeply
Only thanks to the teachings of the ancients can deep kensho be realized
Closing poem
Settling eaven and earth with the coming from the west
Not moved around by nothingness nor by existence
One with a white one with a black head complete truth
Each of you, don´t stop with the experience just for yourself
